Mr + Mrs Raptis

We decided to redesign & refurbish our kitchen to include a butlers pantry at our North Adelaide residence. The renovation included refurbishing our courtyard with a weather proof pergola to create an Alfresco area. Works involved demolition of an existing kitchen + adjacent bathroom, and demolition of a common brick wall. At the same time care had to be taken to preserve all adjacent areas. Reconstruction inside involved new ceilings, rewiring with new electrical fittings, new plumbing, design and installation of new kitchen joinery and the laying of new wall and floor tiles. An estimate of costs was submitted before the works was commenced and was largely adhered to throughout the project. Patrick supervised and coordinated the whole project. At all times he discussed progress and problems arising with us. We were extremely happy with his management and professionalism of our project and highly recommend him for anyone wishing to use his services whether it is a renovation or new build.

Working with Patrick has been a really positive experience for us. It was our first time working with a builder, as we undertook a significant renovation on a property before moving into it. Patrick was experienced and knowledgeable, guiding us through the process from start to finish. He was communicative and consultative throughout, always available to answer questions, provide site access to show us things, and run options past us for creative solutions as needed. The budgeting process was smooth, with the project running to budget and time, and Patrick ably project managing everything. Now that we are in the house, his attention to detail is evident with the work of high quality. The small adjustments that naturally need to be made while living in the house have been seen to promptly and without fuss.
